不管是否提交破产申请，柯达的日子都不太好过。穆迪投资服务也下调了柯达的债务评级，预期未来评级为负面，称公司的运营“持续走弱”。本月柯达的市值比1997年的峰值缩水300多亿美元。去年还曾风光地大谈转型战略的柯达，如今沦落到“卖血”：眼下，它正在为自己涉及图像处理、编辑和储存的约1100多项专利寻找买家，以便换取现金收入，保证公司转型。柯达CEO彭安东10月8日对外表示，自上月该公司宣布出售专利以来，已接洽多位潜在买家，并就此签署保密协议。

近日，中国商务部发布公告，初步裁定原产于欧盟、美国和日本的进口相纸产品存在倾销。影像巨头柯达和富士从欧盟和美国引入到中国的产品，都需要提供相应的保证金，比率在17.6%—28.8%。本次征收保证金的相纸，主要用于冲扩照片，同时也应用于艺术、广告、宣传、证照管理、刑事侦查、航空航天和国防等领域，几乎涉及民用和商用两大领域的所有进口相纸。
